Section 26f1 (cancellation of registration) is amended as follows.
(2)
For “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA”.
(3)
After subsection (4) insert—
“(4A)The FCA must consult the PRA before cancelling under subsection (1), (2) or (3) the registration of a society which is a PRA-authorised person.”.
