Section 14f1 (investment of funds) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3)(a), for “Authority under section 138” substitute “appropriate authority under Part 9A”.
(3)
In subsections (5), (6) and (10), for “Authority”, in each place, substitute “appropriate authority”.
(4)
After subsection (10), insert—
“(10A)The PRA must send to the FCA a copy of any notice it serves under subsection (6) or (10).”.
(5)
In subsection (12), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
