# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 9

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 21(2) (voluntary winding up), for “Authority”—
(a) in the first place, substitute “FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA”; and
(b) in the second place, substitute “FCA”.
