Article 1 Citation, Commencement and Extent

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 2012 (Relevant Functions in relation to Complaints Scheme) (Amendment) Order 2024.

This Order comes into force immediately after paragraph 6(2) of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Securitisation (Amendment) Regulations 2024^f1 comes into force.

This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
