# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Transitional Provisions) (Enforcement) Order 2013, Article 4: Disciplinary powers in respect of sponsors


Section 88A(2)(a) to (c) and (7) (disciplinary powers: contravention of section 88(3)(c) or (e)) do not apply in respect of a contravention of rules made by the Authority under section 88(3)(c) (sponsors) which occurred (and ceased to occur) before the commencement date.
