# Financial Services Act 2012, Paragraph 50


In section 622 of the Housing Act 1985 (minor definitions: general), in subsection (1), in the definitions of “authorised deposit taker”, “authorised insurer” and “authorised mortgage lender”, for “Part 4” substitute “ Part 4A ”.
