  "text": "(1) Section 4A (approval of proposed voluntary arrangement) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (5), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “ appropriate regulator ”.\n(3) After that subsection insert—\n“(5A) The appropriate regulator” means—\n(a) where the regulated company is a PRA-regulated company within the meaning of paragraph 44 of Schedule A1, the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority, and\n(b) in any other case, the Financial Conduct Authority.”",
