# Financial Services Act 2012, Paragraph 61


In section 174 of the Water Act 1989 (restriction on disclosure of information), in subsection (2)(e), for “or the Financial Services Authority” substitute “ , the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority or the Bank of England ”.
