  "text": "(1) Section 176 (power to make provision about certain charges) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2)—\n(a) in paragraph (b), for “Authority” substitute “ Bank of England ”, and\n(b) in paragraph (d), for “Part 4” substitute “ Part 4A ”.\n(3) In subsection (6)—\n(a) for “Authority”, in the first place, substitute “ Bank of England ”, and\n(b) for “Authority”, in the second place, substitute “ FCA ”.",
