# Financial Services Act 2012, Paragraph 72


In section 206 of the Water Industry Act 1991 (restriction on disclosure of information), in subsection (3)(e), for “or the Financial Services Authority” substitute “ , the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority or the Bank of England ”.
