# Financial Services Act 2012, Paragraph 89


In section 105 of the Utilities Act 2000 (general restriction on disclosure of information), in subsection (4)(da), for “or the Financial Services Authority” substitute “ , the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority or the Bank of England ”.
