  "text": "(1) The following provisions come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—\nsection 109;\nsections 115 to 118;\nsection 119(3) to (6);\nsections 120 and 121;\nthis section;\nsection 123.\n(2) Sections 108 and 113 come into force at the end of the period of 2 months beginning with day on which this Act is passed.\n(3) The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Treasury may by order appoint.\n(4) Different days may be appointed for different purposes.",
