# Financial Services Act 2021, Paragraph 40


(1) Article 441(2) (indicators of global systemic importance) is amended as follows.
(2) For “The FCA and the PRA may each” substitute “ The PRA may ”.
(3) For “the FCA or the PRA (as the case may be)” substitute “ the PRA ”.
