# Financial Services Act 2021, Paragraph 54


(1) Regulation 4 (group disclosure) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), after “institution” insert “ or relevant FCA investment firm ”.
(3) In paragraph (2), after “institution” insert “ or relevant FCA investment firm ”.
