# Financial Services Act 2021, Paragraph 55


(1) Regulation 5 (prior disclosure: prevention of duplication) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3)—
(a) after “an institution” insert “ or relevant FCA investment firm ”, and
(b) after “the institution” (in both places) insert “ or firm ”.
(3) In paragraph (4)—
(a) after “an institution” insert “ or relevant FCA investment firm ”, and
(b) after “the institution” (in both places) insert “ or firm ”.
