# Financial Services Act 2021, Paragraph 2


After section 55J insert—
“Variation or cancellation on initiative of FCA: additional power
55JA (1) Schedule 6A confers an additional power on the FCA to vary or cancel an FCA-authorised person's Part 4A permission.
(2) In this section and that Schedule “FCA-authorised person” means an authorised person who is not a PRA-authorised person.”
