In section 392 (application of sections 393 and 394)—
(a) in paragraph (a), at the end insert “ or paragraph 5(6) of Schedule 6A ”, and
(b) in paragraph (b), at the end insert “ or paragraph 5(7) of Schedule 6A ”.
