  "text": "(1) Section 176 (entry of premises under warrant) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3)(a), for “an authorised person or an appointed representative” substitute “ a person to whom subsection (3A) applies ”.\n(3) After subsection (3) insert—\n“(3A) This subsection applies to the following persons—\n(a) an authorised person;\n(b) an appointed representative;\n(c) a relevant parent undertaking of an FCA investment firm;\n(d) a person who provides a service to an FCA investment firm or to a relevant parent undertaking of such a firm.”",
