After Article 26 insert—
“CHAPTER 7 COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS
Article 26A
Compliance with requirements
Supervised entities and supervised third country entities must comply with prohibitions and other requirements imposed on them by the FCA under this Regulation.”
