# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2002, Article 23: Restriction on disclosure of information


For paragraph (b) of section 59(3) of the Coal Industry Act 1994 (information to be kept confidential by the Authority) substitute—
“(b) the Secretary of State, the Treasury and the Financial Services Authority are relevant authorities in relation to their functions under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the enactments relating to companies and insolvency;”.
