Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2004 and comes into force on 4th March 2004.

In this Order “the 2001 Order” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments and Repeals) Order 2001^f1.
