# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008 and comes into force on 6th April 2008.
