# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Controllers) (Exemption) Order 2001, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Controllers) (Exemption) Order 2001 and comes into force on the day on which section 19 of the Act comes into force.
