# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 7


In paragraph 48 (social housing) of the Schedule—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “or any body corporate the objects of which correspond to those of such a housing association and which, pursuant to a contract with Scottish Homes, is registered in a register kept for the purpose by Scottish Homes”;
(b) at the end insert—
“(e) the body established under article 9 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 known as the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.”.
