Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2005.

(2)

This Order comes into force—

(a)

for the purposes of article 2, on 6th April 2005;

(b)

for all other purposes, on 1st April 2005.

In this Order “the Schedule” means the Schedule to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001^f1.
