# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 2: Amendment of the Schedule


(1) After paragraph 34 of the Schedule insert—
“34A. The Board of the Pension Protection Fund.”.
(2) At the end of paragraph 48(2) of the Schedule insert—
“;
(f) Communities Scotland”.
