# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2011, Article 2


In paragraph 48(2) of Part 4 of the Schedule to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001, at the end insert—
“(g) a housing association within the meaning of Part 2 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992.”.
