# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2020, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into force on 23rd March 2020.
