# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2026, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2026.
(2) This Order comes into force on 27th March 2026.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
