# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2001, and comes into force—
(a) other than for the purposes of article 8, on 1st December 2001;
(b) for the purposes of article 8, on 1st September 2002.
