# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2002, Article 5: Agreeing to issue electronic money not to be a regulated activity


In article 64 of the principal Order (agreeing to carry on specified kinds of activity), after “article 5,” insert “ 9B, ”.
