  "text": "(1) In article 3(1) (interpretation) —\n(a) after the definition of “the Act” insert—\n““agreement provider” has the meaning given by article 63J(3);\n“agreement seller” has the meaning given by article 63J(3);”;\n(b) after the definition of “regulated mortgage contract” insert—\n““regulated sale and rent back agreement” has the meaning given by article 63J(3);”;\n(c) in paragraph (a) of the definition of “overseas person”—\n(i) after “25D” insert “25E,”;\n(ii) after “53C” insert “53D,”; and\n(iii) for “and 63F” insert “, 63F and 63J”.\n(2) In article 3(2) for “or 25C(1)” insert “, 25C(1) or 25E(1)”.",
