  "text": "The instruments to which the amendments made by this Order apply from its commencement include existing instruments which fall within—\n(a) article 77 or 77A of the Principal Order; or\n(b) paragraph 15 or 15A of Schedule 1 to the Financial Promotion Order,\nin each case as amended by this Order.",
