# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2014, Article 3: The Consumer Credit Act 1974

(2) In section 86A(5) and (7) (FCA to prepare information sheets on arrears and default), after “it is issued” insert “or on such later date as the FCA may specify in relation to the information sheet”.
