# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2022, Article 7: Funeral plans related rules and guidance made by the FCA


The requirements of section 138I (consultation by the FCA) of the Act, in so far as they apply to a proposal by the FCA to make rules and guidance in relation to the amendments made by this Order, may be satisfied by things done (wholly or in part) before the date on which this Order comes into force for the purpose of enabling the FCA to make rules and give guidance.
