  "text": "(1) Article 3 of the Regulated Activities Order is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1)—\n(a) in the definition “investment firm”—\n(i) in paragraph (a), omit the words from “read with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/592” to the end;\n(ii) in paragraph (b), omit “read with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/592”;\n(b) in the definition “qualifying credit institution”, in paragraph (d), omit the words “read with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/592” to the end.\n(3) In paragraph (1A)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), omit the words from “read with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/592” to “business”;\n(b) in paragraph (b), omit “read with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/592”.",
