  "text": "(1) In Article 3.1(26)(a) (definitions) of the market abuse regulation “partner considered to be equivalent to a spouse” includes a civil partner.\n(2) In Article 3.1(26)(b) of the market abuse regulation “dependent child” means a child who—\n(a) is under the age of 18 years;\n(b) is unmarried; and\n(c) does not have a civil partner.\n(3) In this section “child” includes a stepchild.",
