  "text": "(1) In this Chapter—\n“acquisition” means the acquisition of control or of an increase in control over a recognised investment exchange;\n...\n“shares” and “voting power” have the same meaning as in section 422.\n(2) For the purposes of this Chapter, a “working day” is a day other than—\n(a) a Saturday or a Sunday; or\n(b) a day which is a bank holiday in England and Wales under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971.",
