  "heading": "“Qualifying provision”",
  "text": "(1) In this Act “qualifying provision” means a provision of any of the following—\n(a) assimilated direct legislation;\n(b) technical standards made in accordance with Chapter 2A of Part 9A;\n(ba) other subordinate legislation made under assimilated direct legislation;\n(c) subordinate legislation ... made by virtue of regulations made under section 8 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.\n(2) In this section, “subordinate legislation” has the same meaning as in the Interpretation Act 1978 (see section 21 of that Act).",
