Article 2 The Scheme Manager of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme

Paragraph (2) applies in relation to the person who, immediately before 1st April 2014, was appointed to be the chief executive of the scheme manager of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

That person is to be treated as if appointed with the approval of the Treasury in accordance with section 212(4) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000^f1.
