  "text": "In section 83A (modifications of Part 1 as it applies to banks not regulated by the Prudential Regulation Authority), in the table in subsection (2) insert the following entries at the appropriate places—\n“\nSection 8A\nSubsection (3)(a) does not apply unless the bank has as a member of its immediate group a PRA-authorised person.”\n”\n“\n“Section 41A\nSubsection (4)(a) does not apply unless the bank has as a member of its immediate group a PRA-authorised person.”\n”\n“\n“Section 44A\nSubsection (6)(a) does not apply unless the bank has as a member of its immediate group a PRA-authorised person.”\n”\n“\n“Section 48H\nSubsection (5)(a) does not apply unless the bank has as a member of its immediate group a PRA-authorised person.\nSection 48U\nSubsection (4)(a) does not apply unless the bank has as a member of its immediate group a PRA-authorised person.\nSection 48V\nSubsection (6)(a) does not apply unless the bank has as a member of its immediate group a PRA-authorised person.\nSection 48W\nSubsection (9)(a) does not apply unless the bank has as a member of its immediate group a PRA-authorised person.”\n”\n“\n“Section 81BA\nSubsection (5)(b) does not apply unless the bank has as a member of its immediate group a PRA-authorised person.\n”",
