  "text": "(1) This section makes provision about this Part in its application to Northern Ireland.\n(2) Any reference to any provision of the 1986 Act is to have effect as a reference to the corresponding provision of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.\n(3) Section 127(3) is to have effect as if the reference to Northern Ireland were a reference to England and Wales or Scotland.",
