  "text": "(1) The Payment Systems Regulator may by notice in writing require a person to provide information or documents—\n(a) which the Payment Systems Regulator thinks will help the Treasury in determining whether to make a designation order, or\n(b) which the Payment Systems Regulator otherwise requires in connection with its functions under this Part.\n(2) In particular, a notice under subsection (1) may require a participant in a regulated payment system to notify the Payment Systems Regulator if events of a specified kind occur.\n(3) A notice under subsection (1) may require information or documents to be provided—\n(a) in a specified form or manner;\n(b) at a specified time;\n(c) in respect of a specified period.",
