  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services (Gibraltar) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2025.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on the 16th December 2025.\n(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
