  "text": "In regulation 2(2) of the Equivalence Determinations for Financial Services and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 , for sub-paragraph (b), substitute—\n“(b) ceases to have effect on the date on which—\n(i) it is revoked by a direction under paragraph (1) or by any other enactment; or\n(ii) regulations made by the Treasury, which contain a determination to the same effect, come into force.”",
