  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Financing of Maintained Schools (England) Regulations 2002. They provide for the redetermination of a school’s budget share in accordance with a specific formula in the event of the revision by the Learning and Skills Council of the amount allocated in respect of a school’s sixth form.",
