# The Financing of Maintained Schools (England) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2002, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations revoke the Financing of Maintained Schools (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2002 and further amend the Financing of Maintained Schools (England) Regulations 2002. They provide for the redetermination of a school’s budget share in accordance with a specific formula in the event of the revision by the Learning and Skills Council of the amount allocated in respect of a school’s sixth form.
