Regulation 2 Amendment of the Financing of Maintained Schools (England) Regulations 2002

The Financing of Maintained Schools (England) Regulations 2002^f1 shall be amended as follows.

The following shall be added to Schedule 4:—

“28

Expenditure incurred by a governing body in the exercise of the power conferred by section 27 of the Education Act 2002.”
