Regulation 16 Amendments to the Fines Collection Regulations 2004

Amend paragraph (1) of regulation 25 (complaints procedure) as follows—

(a)

Omit “and the fines officer”; and

(b)

After “release of the vehicle.” insert “A complaint can be made to the fines officer during the fines officers' office hours.”.
