# The Fines Collection (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 9: Amendments to the Fines Collection Regulations 2004


(1) Amend regulation 9 (another step available against defaulters) as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2) sub-paragraphs (a) and (b)—
(i) for “paragraph” substitute “subsection”; and
(ii) for “justices' chief executive” substitute “designated officer”.
(3) Omit sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (2).
